The agency
RAA Team brings together hostesses, promoters, models, dancers and brand ambassadors who work to the highest standard. We do not simply send people to a location — we build a team for a specific brief, prepare it down to the detail, and stand behind it until the final minute of the engagement.
We staff music video productions, product launches, corporate evenings, casino and gaming programmes, trade fairs and private events. From a single hostess at reception to a field team of fifty — logistics, contracts and replacements are our responsibility.

Founder
Sofija Radovanović has spent more than ten years in this industry. She began her career as a model — through campaigns, runway, music videos and trade fair appearances she learned what a well-run set looks like and, more importantly, what happens when nobody is running it.
She turned that experience into an agency. RAA Team was built on the idea that a client should have one point of contact who answers for everything: the choice of faces, the preparation, the punctuality, and how the team looks and behaves on site.
Today Sofija personally leads the casting for every major project and stays available to the client throughout the engagement. Her roster covers vetted talent from Serbia and the wider region, and every partnership is built on long-term trust — with clients and with the team alike.
A client is not buying a photograph from a portfolio. They are buying the certainty that at nine in the morning everything will be exactly where it should be.

Brief
We define the type of event, headcount, location, schedule and the tone the brand is after. You receive a quote within 24 hours.

Selection
We send a shortlist with profiles, measurements and references. Casting in person or by video call — whichever you prefer.

Preparation
Team briefing, styling, wardrobe and the script used in the field. Backup options are in place before they are ever needed.
04
Delivery
A coordinator is on location from the first minute to the last. After the event you receive a short report and the material.
